Supporting Individuals with Claims and Accident-Related Matters

1. Introduction

Claims4gain is a trading style of MFN Claims Limited, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to carry out regulated claims management activities (Firm Reference Number 837972).

These Terms and Fees set out the basis upon which we provide our services. You should read this document carefully before entering into a Client Agreement. A personalised Client Agreement will confirm the specific services and fees applicable to your claim.

2. Our Services

We provide regulated claims management services to individuals who may be eligible to pursue claims including, but not limited to:

• Mis-sold investments and pensions
• Undisclosed commissions
• Supermarket equal pay
• Workplace accidents and personal injury
• Hearing loss claims

We act as a claims management company. We may correspond with third parties, insurers or appointed solicitors on your behalf where appropriate.

We are not a law firm and do not provide independent legal advice.

Claims are subject to eligibility and assessment. No guarantee of outcome.

3. Fees

3.1 No Win, No Fee

We operate on a no win, no fee basis. If your claim is unsuccessful, you will not pay our success fee.

3.2 Success Fee

If your claim is successful, we will charge a success fee calculated as a percentage of the compensation recovered.

Success fees range between 15 percent and 30 percent plus VAT, depending on the type and complexity of the claim. The exact percentage applicable to your case will be confirmed in your Client Agreement before you proceed.

The success fee is deducted from the compensation you receive.

3.3 Disbursements

Some claims may require additional third party costs, such as medical reports or expert evidence. Where applicable, these will be explained in advance and agreed with you before being incurred.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond promptly to reasonable requests
• Notify us of relevant correspondence
• Not appoint another representative for the same claim without informing us

5. Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your agreement within 14 days of signing without charge.

If you cancel after the 14 day cooling off period and work has commenced, we may charge a reasonable administration fee of up to £75 plus VAT together with any agreed and reasonable disbursements incurred up to the date of cancellation.

We handle complaints in line with FCA DISP rules and aim to provide a final response within eight weeks.

If you are not satisfied with our final response, or eight weeks have passed, you may be eligible to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, which provides a free and independent dispute resolution service.

7. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection legislation. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee the success of any claim or the level of compensation awarded. We are not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Claims4gain is a trading style of MFN Claims Limited who are a Claims Management company authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Firm Reference Number 837972).

You do not need to use a Claims Management Company (CMC) to make a complaint or claim for compensation. You can make a complaint or claim directly for free with the organisation involved, or refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service if you are not satisfied with the outcome.
